Three minutes' walk from Deansgate / Castlefield stations, 7 minutes from Victoria and Piccadilly. Next to the Hilton, entrance on Great Bridgewater St, on the edge of the Great Northern complex. Look for the big glass staircase.

We're in one of Manchester's best-known listed buildings, which comes at a cost, entrance is via two flights of stairs. If you have access needs, email Rachel@thelifecentre.com before your first visit and we'll do our best to accommodate.
