Alice Robinson

A theatre practitioner specialising in playful approaches to performance. Passionate about theatre that incorporates movement, clown, mask, comedy and strong ensemble work. Currently teaches at Performers College Manchester and RADA. Co-founded The Performers Playground training course and Clownfest MCR.

Ashleigh Edwards

Style of teaching is relaxed, offering a practice accessible to everybody. Yoga journey began in 2017 after moving back from university. Completed a BWYQ L4 Certificate in Yoga Teaching course and recently qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga. Passionate about helping people feel the way she felt after her yoga classes.

Bethany Moran

As an instrumentalist and classical singer, Beth was drawn to yoga in 2012 to support her creative practice and performance anxiety. Currently teaches singing and yoga, integrating the two — finding parallels between breath, posture, mindset, confidence, creativity and freedom in self. Passionate about empowering her students to find the tools that work for them.

Donna McCafferey

Began practising Ashtanga Yoga at the end of 1998 and started teaching in 2012. Completed 200 hour Teacher Training with John Scott in 2014, and in 2017 was authorised by Manju Jois to teach the Primary and Intermediate series of the Ashtanga method. Registered with Independent Yoga Network as a 500 hour teacher. Dedicated to the Ashtanga system and the logic of it.

Eirian Collinge

With a fun loving spirit, Eirian ensures her classes are playful and accessible, creating a safe environment where students can move freely and feel empowered. Teaches a mixture of Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga. The Mandala model in her public Vinyasa classes works closely with Energetic Bodywork, Chakra and Elemental theories.

Gavin DeMarines

Initially trained as a yoga teacher in London, where he taught for two years. In 2015 travelled to Goa to deepen his practice and skills through intensive study of philosophy, asana and meditation.

Jaina Bhana-Mistry

Yoga has been a constant since university studying Fashion Design. Trained in 2010 for 200 hours Hot Hatha Yoga teaching qualification with Yoga Haven, and in 2015 with Lushtums for Pre, Post and Antenatal Education qualifications. Offers bespoke and tailored classes, workshops and retreats. Passionate about sharing the traditional philosophy of yoga through breath work, meditation, mindfulness and creative sequencing.

Janine Kelly

Combines dynamic yoga sequences with strength building postures to create a balanced practice. Includes breathing, relaxation and concentration techniques so students gain a deeper awareness of how breath, body and mind are connected. Completed teacher training with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2009, plus qualifications to teach Yoga for people living with cancer, Yoga Nidra, Yoga Detour Method and Yoga for Kids.

Jenny Roche

A Dance Artist and Yoga Teacher who loves to combine authentic flow state in both dance and yoga. Also an Integrative Body Movement Therapist in training. Style of teaching is compassionate, supporting somatics and agency for each person to move in their own way. Goal is for students to reach a state of peace and ease in mind and body.

Jenny Wildes

A bubbly, high energy yoga teacher qualified in both vinyasa and yin styles. Classes offer challenging, varied but accessible sequences with focus always around sensation over aesthetics. Believes yoga is an internal workout first and foremost and loves to weave mindfulness and breathing techniques into every class.

Initial introduction to yoga was a home practice around 6 years ago, focusing on the fitness aspect. During a year travelling in Australia and Asia found her love for the mental wellbeing benefits of yoga. Teaching yoga full time since completing teacher training at Sampoorna, India at the beginning of 2018. Classes are Vinyasa flow based, focusing on a strong connection of movement with breath.

Kate Tittley

Teaches Vinyasa, Rocket, Mandala, Dance and Yin Yoga. Initially trained in 2017 with Andrea Everingham, furthered training with The Yoga People and assisted on their Mandala TT in 2020. Believes a class is a feast for the senses — a total mind, body, soul experience. Encourages students to try something new, served light-hearted and with a big smile.

Laura Booth

Yoga crept into Laura's life at a time when she was lacking direction. Completed 200 hour yoga teacher training with Yogahaven in 2014, and 300 hour training with Sampoorna Yoga in Goa in 2016. Teaching encourages students to find their own personal flow within the practice, creating space in body and mind, body positivity and inner strength.

Linzi Page

Practising yoga since her mid twenties, it truly transformed her life after she broke her neck training partner acrobatics. Yoga was there through every step of recovery, providing mental clarity, emotional stability and physical strength. Completed 200 hour in Ashtanga Vinyasa with continued trainings in Hot Power, Mandala Vinyasa, YIN and Rocket. Classes are dynamic and challenging but playful, often incorporating Elemental and Chakra philosophy.

Liz Whitham

Teaching yoga and pilates since 2011. Passionate about creating an inspiring, friendly and calm atmosphere within every class. Approach is grounded, sensitive and sensible, and when appropriate playful and fun. Classes are pragmatic: believes it is incredibly important to welcome students as individuals, where they are in their bodies at that moment.

Maddy Taylor

Passionate about natural health and wellbeing. Graduated with a first class honours degree in Clinical Herbalism and holds a diploma in Clinical Nutrition. A qualified yoga teacher having practised yoga for over 10 years. Found on a personal level and through students that yoga can contribute to good physical and mental health.

Rachel Walsh

Stumbled upon yoga while travelling in Asia in her early 20s. Having trained as a teacher in 2016, has taught thousands of yoga classes offering a powerful, playful twist on classical asana always accompanied by excellent music. On a mission to live a more balanced life, brings a unique perspective to students looking for more than just the asana.

Rebecca Hannah

Introduced to yoga through physical theatre and performance. Trained in Ashtanga, Hatha, Tripsichore Yoga Choreography, calisthenics, mobility and Kids and Teen Yoga training. Has taught worldwide in over 16 different countries. Personal practice includes integrating vinyasa with contortion, mobility, calisthenics and contemporary dance. Teaches with a rich interdisciplinary approach, exploring the importance of building strength to support flexibility.

Sarah Lewis

Having worked in the fitness industry for many years, fell into yoga through a series of sporting injuries. Completed a 200 hour teacher training in hot vinyasa then a 300 hour training with Doug Swenson. Teaches powerful vinyasa flow classes with an emphasis on creating a complete balance of strength and flexibility throughout the body.

Sue Diamond

After being a dancer for 17 years, drawn to yoga in 2006 when starting to suffer from injuries. Yoga helped hold off injury and maintain flexibility. A 2000 hr registered teacher with Yoga Alliance who has completed 500hr vinyasa and ashtanga with Sampoorna in India and 500hr with Dharma Mittra in New York. Teaches private one to ones and small groups on top of studio classes.

Trained originally in Vinyasa Flow, teaches in and around Manchester and believes deeply in the healing power of yoga. Creates unique sequences designed to move people in a way personal to them, to invite flow, ease and surrender into our lives.
