What happens from the door to the mat.
Before you arrive
Book online. You’ll complete a short health declaration the first time — it takes about ninety seconds.
When you get here
Arrive fifteen minutes early. Someone on reception will show you where the changing rooms and lockers are, and where your studio is. Tell the teacher it’s your first class; every one of them would rather know.
What to bring
Water and a change of clothes. Mats and towels are available to hire and are included free with every membership.
