Libby Louise

Yoga teacher based in Manchester, bringing a warm, laid-back energy to movement, breath and strength on the mat. A former dancer and ice skater, she discovered yoga during a difficult period in her life, finding in it a grounding practice that transformed her relationship with movement, her body and herself.

A keen runner alongside her yoga practice, she sees yoga as an essential part of staying strong, balanced and injury-free. A 200-hour graduate of The Life Centre’s inaugural Teacher Training programme, her teaching draws from Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Hot Yoga and Dharma, weaving strength, fluid movement and breath with an emphasis on curiosity, kindness and ease.

In 2026, she began her Dharma Yoga training with renowned teacher Sri Dharma Mittra in New York City, deepening her connection to the roots and teachings of yoga.

Expect strong but spacious holds, smooth transitions and intuitive sequences designed to leave you feeling grounded, energised and connected – with space to breathe, explore and enjoy moving.

Victoria Tunnah

Trained originally in Vinyasa Flow, Victoria teaches in and around Manchester and believes deeply in the healing power of yoga. Blending a variety practices and approaches in her work, she creates unique sequences designed to move people in a way personal to them, to invite flow, ease and surrender into our lives. Sue Diamond

After being a dancer for 17 years, Sue was drawn to yoga in 2006 when she started to suffer from injuries. Her yoga practice helped her to hold off injury and to keep her flexible. When she retired from dance, she turned to yoga to ward off the increasing stiffness in her body, reclaiming her flexibility and finding a new inner calmness. Sue studied as a hot yoga teacher in Morocco and London with Yogahaven, and also teaches yoga with a dance influence. She is a 2000 hr registered teacher with Yoga Alliance, she has completed a 500hr vinyasa/ashtanga with Sampoorna in India, a 500hr with Dharma Mittra in New York. She has continued her yoga training and education in London with Claire Missingham a teaching immersion on vinyasa flow sequencing, a teaching immersion in restorative yoga with Roger Cole. workshops with David Sye, Ray Long, Roger Cole, Durga Devi and Noah Maze. Sue has taught on a teacher training, has her own yoga retreat and teaches many workshops at The Life Centre. Sue teaches private one to ones and small groups on top of her classes at the studio. She has taught footballers from Manchester City and Everton, as well as rugby players from Sale Sharks and Wigan Warriors. After a long and happy career as a dancer, she never thought that she would find a career in which she could feel so content, until she started to teach yoga.

Sarah Lewis

Having worked in the fitness industry for many years, Sarah was aware of the effects that different physical disciplines could have on the body. She trained in many different disciplines and fell into yoga through a series of sporting injuries. She found that yoga helped with rehabilitation and she was also able to gain and retain strength whilst keeping the flexibility levels she was used to from her dance and martial arts training. She completed a 200 hour teacher training in hot vinyasa and then was fortunate enough to complete a 300 hour training with Doug Swenson. She teaches powerful vinyasa flow classes with an emphasis on creating a complete balance of strength and flexibility throughout the body.

Rasheed Speed

I discovered Hot Yoga about 15 years ago and have practiced with diligence, admiration and respect ever since. Coming from a sport, martial art and moving meditation background, the attraction to yoga felt very instinctive and seamless. Since then, yoga philosophy coupled with a dedicated practice have become a constant physical, mental, emotional and spiritual anchor for navigating the trials and undulations of life.

I bring a deep, meaningful, inclusive and explorative energy to class that has something for all levels. With carefully chosen music for a guided flow, my approach encompasses a focus on the breath to build resilience, strength and fluidity, as well as working towards an inner gratitude for positive self reflection, acceptance and affirmation.

All Good Vibes

Kate Tittley

Kate teachers Vinyasa, Rocket, Mandala, Dance and Yin Yoga. Initially training in 2017 with veteran yoga rock star Andrea Everingham, she has since furthered her training with The Yoga People, and assisted on their Mandala TT in 2020. Kate believes that a class is a feast for the senses, a total mind/body/soul experience to shake up who and what you think you are, stripping back layers to find your truest self. She encourages you to try something new and do your own thing when you want. The more you get to know yourself, the more autonomy you have over your experience, the better you feel, this is the philosophy Kate lives by. It is not always going to be easy, but it is going to be served light-hearted and with a big smile. Website : https://www.yoktittley.com

Laura Booth

Yoga crept into Laura’s life at a time when she was lacking direction. Through working initially as a yoga studio receptionist, the practice began to infiltrate her life and she became interested in teaching and sharing the practice. Laura completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Yogahaven in 2014, and her 300 hour training with Sampoorna Yoga in Goa in 2016. As a young teacher, she feels completely blessed to have connected to this part of herself so early in life. Her asana practice has transcended her pre-conceived physical and mental limitations, and yoga has infiltrated her life in every way. Yoga brings Laura clarity and inner strength, enabling her to navigate her way through obstacles and fully appreciate every moment of her life. Her teaching encourages students to find their own personal flow within the practice, creating space in body and mind, body positivity, and inner strength.

Linzi Page

Linzi has been practicing yoga since her mid twenties and it truly transformed her life after she broke her neck training partner acrobatics. Yoga was there for her every step of the way through her recovery, providing a much needed source of mental clarity, emotional stability and physical strength. Yoga taught Linzi how to be patient, yet resilient and to practice self love and gratitude, every single day. Linzi completed her 200 hour in Ashtanga Vinyasa and her continued trainings are in; HOT Power, Mandala Vinyasa, YIN and Rocket. Linzi’s classes are a dynamic and challenging but playful and often incorporate Elemental and/or Chakra philosophy. Her classes are a safe space to explore your mind and body. Linzi encourages her students to honour their body, respect its limits and to appreciate each practice with its own light and gratitude.

Perrie Athey

Hey I’m Perrie! I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2017, with a background in strength & conditioning and a love for all types of movement. My classes bring together strength, Pilates and a whole lot of fun and energy – Im all about helping you get stronger, move better and leave the room feeling like your best self

Jenny Wildes

Jenny is a bubbly, high energy yoga teacher qualified in both vinyasa and yin styles. Her classes offer challenging, varied but accessible sequences but the focus is always around sensation over aesthetics. As well as offering strength elements to her flows, Jenny believes that yoga is an internal workout first and foremost and loves to weave mindfulness and breathing techniques into every class. Her motivation to teach stemmed from the immense mental benefits she has gotten from yoga and the need to share this passion and put smiles on the faces of others.

Jenny Roche

Jenny Roche is a Dance Artist as well as a Yoga Teacher and loves to combine authentic flow state in both dance and yoga. She is also an Integrative Body Movement Therapist in training, with Linda Hartley. Jenny’s style of teaching is compassionate, supports somatics and agency for each flavour of consciousness to move in their own way. She hopes to be able to inspire and encourage her students in the same way that her teachers have for her and to unravel the layers of the self through the practice of embodiment and yoga. Her goal is for students to be able to reach a state of peace and ease, both in the mind and the body and to find acceptance of who you are both on and off the mat.

Donna McCafferey

Donna began practicing Ashtanga Yoga with Rolf Naujokat at the end of 1998 and started teaching in 2012 after realising how much the practice had transformed her life. Donna completed her 200 hour Teacher Training with John Scott in 2014 as well as trainging with David Swenson. In 2017 Donna was authorized by Manju Jois to teach the Primary and Intermediate series of the Ashtanga method and is now registered with Independent Yoga Network as a 500 hour teacher. Donna is dedicated to the Ashtanga system and loves the logic of it: the counted vinyasa system helps students to focus during class but can be modified to suit different bodies. This practice has transformed Donna's life and love's the idea that, through yoga, she can help others to find their own light.

Jessica Cooke

My yoga style is a mix of movement, energy and slowing down. I love a dynamic, sweaty practice that leaves you feeling strong and alive, and after practising yoga all around the world, I’m always excited to learn something new and bring it into my teaching.

In more recent years, I’ve also fallen in love with the slower side of yoga – yin, restorative practices, meditation and simply creating space to pause.

I love that yoga can meet you wherever you are. Some days you need to move, sweat and challenge yourself, and other days you need to do less, breathe and rest.

I’m also fascinated by the power of sound and how it can shift the mind into a completely different state. My classes are a chance to explore all of that, movement, stillness, sound and everything in between.

Christina Dejonge

I discovered Bikram Yoga in Manchester in 2011, after the birth of my fifth child. I was immediately drawn to the energy, discipline and sense of connection the practice created, and in 2013 travelled to Los Angeles for Bikram Yoga Teacher Training, studying alongside Bikram and Rajashree Choudhury and senior teacher Emmy Cleaves.

I have practised 26+2 ever since, teaching over 2,000 hours across studios and retreats throughout the UK and internationally.

My teaching is traditional, disciplined and alignment-focused, but above all, welcoming. I believe yoga is a journey of connection — learning to recognise your strengths, accept your limitations and discover what you are capable of.

My hope is that you leave every class feeling accomplished, renewed and resilient.
