Supported, passive postures held for long stretches in infrared warmth, with bolsters, blankets and blocks doing most of the work so your body doesn’t have to.
There is very little to do here and that is the difficulty of it. You lie in a shape, the warmth goes through you, and over five or six minutes something in the tissue lets go that will not let go in a sixty-second stretch. It is the single most useful hour on our timetable for anyone whose nervous system has been running at capacity for a while.
Most people fall asleep at least once. It’s fine.
