Bodyweight strength training at thirty-eight degrees. Pushing, pulling, holds, levers and progressions.
The programme runs on progression ladders. Every movement has a regression underneath it and a progression above it, so you always have somewhere to go. Someone doing knee push-ups and someone working towards a straddle planche train side by side in the same class, on the same movement pattern, at the level that actually challenges them.
You’ll build real, transferable strength — the kind that shows up in everything else you do — using nothing but your own bodyweight and the floor. The heat keeps joints and connective tissue warm through the holds, which matters more than you’d think when you’re loading a straight-arm position.
Progress is tracked. You’ll know where you are and what’s next.
