Kettlebell conditioning at thirty-eight degrees. Forty-five minutes.
Swings, cleans, presses, snatches, squats and loaded carries, programmed in blocks so you build power and work capacity at the same time. Every block has a work window and a rest window. Use both properly and you’ll get a great deal out of this. Skip the rest and you’ll get nothing out of round four.
This is the hardest class on our timetable and we’d rather tell you now than have you find out in the middle of it. The heat adds a real cardiovascular tax on top of the load — your heart rate will run higher than it would for the same work in a cold room, and it will stay there.
Technique is coached every session. You will not be left to guess at a swing.
