Hot Sculpt
Pilates patterns under load. Slow, heavy, unforgiving.

What it is
Pilates movement patterns with weight added, at thirty-eight degrees.
The pace is deliberately slow. That is the entire point — time under tension does the work here, not speed. Light dumbbells, resistance bands and bodyweight, moved through controlled ranges with no momentum available to help you. Legs, glutes, back and core carry most of it.
If you’ve done Hot Pilates and found the last block manageable, this is the next thing. If you lift heavy elsewhere and think forty-five minutes with a pair of three-kilo dumbbells sounds easy, come and find out.
Who it’s for
Anyone. It scales by load and by tempo, so a beginner and a regular lifter run the same class at different weights.
