Nineteen formats, three rooms, forty-five classes a week. Most of them hot; some of them deliberately not.
If you’re new and you want the honest recommendation: start with a Hot Yoga or a Mat Pilates. Don’t start with Hot Kettle. You’ll come back either way — you’ll just enjoy the first one more.
Infrared heats the body directly rather than heating the air around it, which means the room feels considerably milder than the signature studio while the heat itself goes deeper into muscle and connective tissue. Classes here are slower and longer-held. If the main hot room has ever felt like too much, this is where to start.
